How does the separation alert work?+
The Tag ID Premium connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth. As soon as the distance between your phone and your luggage exceeds a set range, you receive an instant notification, helping you avoid forgetting it or having it stolen.
Is the Tag ID Premium really subscription-free?+
Yes, absolutely. You only pay once at purchase. Identification, NOL network tracking, and app access are free for life, with no hidden fees.
Is it allowed in checked baggage despite the battery?+
