When sending an E-Lostbag as a gift, the recipient's information will be processed in the same way as Contact Information.
If you receive an E-Lostbag sent as a gift directly from our site, a third party has provided your information so that we can deliver it to you.
Processing is strictly limited to what is necessary for shipping. Your information is shared only with our logistics providers and is never used for other purposes.

E-Lostbag ID and name
When you activate an E-Lostbag, its unique identifier is associated with your account.
Location information
The app regularly collects your location to display the last known location of your E-Lostbag or Tag Nomad.
Other anonymous users may also update your device's position if they pass nearby (via the Apple Find My and Google Find Hub networks).
Your location is never shared with other users.
Usage information
We collect information about how you use our Services, your device, your operating system, etc.
We collect information you provide when contacting our support (chat, email, phone).
